WILLIAMSVILLE, New York--Dec. 10, 1997-- Business Information & Development Services, Inc. today announced that the company and Mercury Electronic Publishing Company, a privately owned Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania based company, have entered into an agreement relating to the acquisition by Business Information & Development Services, Inc. of the CBD Business of Mercury Electronic Publishing Company.
