For this solicitation, Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developedan online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction.An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Federal Bureau of Investigation is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitationMUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.UnisonMarketplace.com. To be considered for award, all Sellers must be manufacturer/ Federally authorized distributors of the equipment/services they are offering with a demonstrated capability of delivering the entireorder within the time frames specified by the Buyer on the award. Sellers may be required to provide documentation as proof of authorization to be considered for award.

Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy.

Sellers understand that FedBid ranks all Bids by price; however, pursuant to applicable acquisition regulations and/or departmental guidelines, Buyers may usecriteria other than price to evaluate offers. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL FAR 52.211-6 Aug. 1999 (a) If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal", the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government’s needs. The salientphysical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products mustmeet are specified in the solicitation. (b) To be considered for award, offers of "equal" products, including "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer, must: (1) Meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation; (2) Clearly identify the item by— (i) Brand name, if any; and (ii) Make or model number; (3) Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer; and (4) Clearlydescribe any modifications the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements. Mark any descriptive material to clearlyshow the modifications. (c) The Contracting Officer will evaluate "equal" products on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. (d) Unless the offeror clearly indicates in its offer that the product being offered is an “equal” product, the offeror shall provide the brand name product referenced in the solicitation.

NO SUBSTITUTIONS, EXACT MATCHONLY. The vendor may not substitute any item/service listed on this order without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer. No other individual is authorized, either verbally or in writing to change part numbers, manufacturer, quantity, delivery dates, or any other specifications of this IFB. Items/servicesthat do not conform to descriptions and part numbers found in this IFB will be rejected at the time of delivery causing a return at the vendor's expense.

Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. This is a FREE website.

Delivery must be made within 90 days or less after receipt of order(ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed 90 - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from thebuyer.

MUST have experience working in this Subject Matter and must provide all supporting documentation on your Resume/proposal. Must provide a proposal or Resume for review in order to be qualified.

Must be approved and can currently pass our background/security clearance.
