The minimum delivery order quantity is 100 EA each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1000 EA PER DELIVERY ORDER. Delivery date requested is 21 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/- 10 %. This procurement is a FULL AND OPEN REQUIREMENT requirement. The NAICS Code IS 335129. Offerorsare advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, Route 15, 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood PA 17810 ATTN: Tiffani Balestrini if sending via Fedex or UPS. Samples will be required of ea size light on the solicitation. If you have a representative/manufacturer send samples onyour behalf, make sure samples are marked with your company's name and all other requested information. Any samples that are sent without all requested information, may not be considered for award. All Proposals should be faxed to 352-330-8152. The following information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope: Solicitation number FN1485-20 and offer closing date. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for thesame scope of solicitation. All Offerors must Register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award acontract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence tospecification (ability to meet specifications, quality of samples provided), ISO CERTIFICATION, GREEN QUALITIES/CERTIFICATIONS, Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
