The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure high voltage probes to support the Power and Energy Dynamic Assessment Laboratory (PEDAL) on a Sole Source basis from Ross Engineering Corporation.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
