This procurement is set-aside for total small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $38,500,000. This requirement is subjectto Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and give preference to the State Licensing Agency (SLA). This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Qaunity (IDIQ) contract. The duration of this contract will befor one (1) Base Year with four (4) one (1) year option periods for a total of five (5) years if all Option periods are exercised.
A Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will be conducted. This is the only Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit that will be conducted.
Date and Time: 20 November 2019 at 9:00am Local time
Location: 15000 Hwy 115, Building 15-2, Little Falls, Minnesota, 56345 in the Large Conference Room.
NOTE: Site Visit Attendees will need their driver's license, insurance card, and vehicle registration.
All Interested Offerors may attend with a limit of two(2)attendees per offeror. Offerors planning to attend this conference must notify the ContractSpecialist, Eric Ahlgren and the Contract Specialist, Sandra Freeman no later than 5:00PM local time on 19 November 2019. With the Subject Reference Line W912LM-20-R-0005, Site Visit, Full Food Services at Camp Ripley, MN. When submitting notifications to attend, offerors must provide the following information; the individual's full name, Business name, address, legal name, telephone, fax, and email.
Important information regarding the Pre-Proposal Conference/SiteVisit:
There will be no cameras or recording devices allowed.
Any and all technical questions or clarifications will need to be submittedin writing to the Contract Specialists as specified in the instructions below. The site facilitator WILL NOT answer any questions during the site visit. Following the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit, All Technical Questions are due No Later Than (NLT) 4 December 2019, 9:00 a.m. local time. Failure to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will not disqualify an offeror; however, the offeror acts at their own risk and will not be relieved from complying with the terms and conditions of any resultant contract by reason of such failure. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute as grounds for a claim after award of the contract. The date for the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit is a projected date and is subject to change. All other dates are projected dates and are subject to change. Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to this solicitation. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
