This is a notice of intentto negotiate and award a sole source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only however, all responses received by the stated response date will be considered by the Government.

The NavalAir Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, a five (5) year firm-fixed-price, option contract to Williams Scotsman, Inc. (CAGE: 6H793) of Baltimore, MD for the continued lease of existing relocatable facilities in place at NAWCAD LKE that are required to continue to house the personnel supporting the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) programs for the CNV 78 per the direction of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN).

While this notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals, if a party believes they can provide this support, they may submit their technical capability, which shall be considered by the NAWC-AD LKE. The Government will not pay for information received. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice. A determination by theGovernment not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
