The Contractor shall provide the experience and expertise to facilitate USACE Partnership Council Meetings between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, and Union Representation. The facilitator shall help bring about an outcome by providing indirect assistance, guidance, or supervision during theUSACE Partnership Council meetings.
