The 55th Contracting Squadron will be conducting a full and open competition for non-personal services for Air Force Weather capability deployment and sustainment services. This acquisition will utilize the Tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented.

The Government intends to award one single-award IDIQ contract with a 5-yearordering period plus a 6-month extension in accordance with FAR clauase 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services." This contract will have the capability for Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Cost Reimbursement, and Fixed Price-Incentive Firm line items.

Draft RFP documents were previously posted on FedBizOpps as solicitation number FA4600-19-R-TADS. The bidders library is available at https://wss.apan.org/af/tads/Library
