This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is a market research toolto determine availability and adequacy of potential Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) concerns, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) concerns, and Small Business (SB) concerns with the NAICS 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $15 million. The Government is under no obligation to pay for informationsubmitted in response to this Sources Sought. All the information submitted will be considered and treated as public information. The vendor should not includeany pricing or proprietary information. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ); therefore, responses to this notice will not be accepted as offers.
The businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities addressing the following:

Demonstrate the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary toperform the construction services for the requirements specified within the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this announcement. Statements should address the specific requirements of the SOW and identify the firms' specific skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities to complete these requirements, including, but not limited to, any special Training, and Certifications as well as a description of corporate experience with similar projects. 4. The Government understands that teaming is an integral part of contracting. Please briefly describe how what subcontractors your company would use for this requirement if you are not performing 100% of the work in house.
5. Provide comments regarding possible changes to the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings based on current industry standards that would potentially reduce costsand better performance to the installation.
6. Please identify any efficiency enhancements, missing work effort, cost saving recommendations, and any current construction processes to complete the work outlined in the Draft SOW.
Potential sources should only submit the minimum information necessary and shall not exceed ten (10) pages. The Government may contact potential sources for additional information as required.
