Delineated Area: Includes ¼ mile on each side of US Hwy 2 from MP 30.00 (beginning of four lane Hwy) to MP 36.0 (jct with Farm to Market Road) and ¼ mile on each side of MT Hwy 37 from MP 0.0 (jct with US Hwy 2) to MP 2.5 (jct with Florence Road). Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration.
Description: 21,965 useable square feet (26,318 rentable square feet) of office space and related space including 15,000 sf of wareyard with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 3-year lease extension with termination rights.
Current Lease Expires: November 14, 2018
