This is a sources sought announcement only and is NOT to be construed as a solicitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in any way. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost.

Delineated Area: Includes ¼ mile on each side of US Hwy 2 from MP 30.00 (beginning of four lane Hwy) to MP 36.0 (jct with Farm to Market Road) and ¼ mile on each side of MT Hwy 37 from MP 0.0 (jct with US Hwy 2) to MP 2.5 (jct with Florence Road). Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration.

Description: 21,965 useable square feet (26,318 rentable square feet) of office space and related space including 15,000 sf of wareyard with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 3-year lease extension with termination rights.

Current Lease Expires: November 14, 2018

Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is June 12, 2018. Responses should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
