Sources Sought SynopsisThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is issuing a sources-sought noticeas a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the experience, interest and resources to provide standard warranty or continued preventivemaintenance services for several different models of the existing Xenex UV Disinfection Robots currently utilized by the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 17locations. Models to be maintained include the 426i(v2), PXUV3D and PXUV4D systems. Included in this sources-sought notice are contractors with the ability to provide upgraded models to the systems mentioned above such as the PXUV5D or newer along with replacement lamps and mobile disinfection PODs for potential future replacements or trade-ins of the systems currently in place.It is the intent of NCO 17 to award a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The results of this market research will help in determining the set-aside (if any). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 with a $22.0 million small business size standard. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ inorder to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program.There is no solicitation at this time. This sources-sought notice is for information and planning purposes only. This inquiry for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financialresponsibility for any costs incurred.
