The purpose of this Sources Sought is to assess market ability to provide proprietary First Data Bank (FDB) software renewal for the following three (3) types of licensed solutions to the Defense Health Agency (DHA):

- FDB Medknowledge, Enhanced Package;
- FDB Framework Enhanced Data Bundle; and
- FDB Medknowledhe, Descrptive and Pricing Information.

Only FDB certified/licensed vendors authorized to provide FDB Software and Maintenance will be considered for this opportunity. In order to be considered, interested vendors SHALL submit current reseller authorization letter from the OEM,First Data Bank (FDB), in response to this Sources Sought. Responses submitted without reseller authorization letter from OEM will not be considered.
