Green Light Laser Surgery Services: The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment and transportation necessary to supply Green Light Laser Services to include any potential components manufactured and/or distributed by the contractor. In addition, the contractor will also provide a fully insured and trained laser operator who will not only provide intra-operative operation of the Laser equipment (Laser Machine and Laser Fibers) while the surgeon performs the procedure. Contractor will perform installation, set-up and preventative maintenance verification at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Thelaser equipment shall be FDA and Joint Commission approved. The contractors and subcontractors will require a security clearance. The physician has determined that the Fortec Green Light XPS Laser system and the Fortec, Inc. specific green light laser fibers, used as a pair, will produce the best outcomes for these particular patients. Failure to provide this service will result in diminished healthcare for the patients. All responses must be received no later than 8 November 2019, 2:00 pm EST.
