This pre-solicitation synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) intends to procure the necessary healthcare environmental cleaning and related services at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, MO and the multiple Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the health service area of GLWACH. HRCO anticipates the official solicitation/requestfor proposal (RFP) will be posted to this site on or about 22 November 2019.

A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT is scheduled for 4 December 2019 at the GLWACH Main Hospital located at 4430 Missouri Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. This requirement is anticipated to be an 8(a) small business set-aside.

Prospective 8(a) offerors are advised that the pre-proposal conference will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 4 December 2019 in a TBD conference room in the GLWACH main hospital. The pre-proposal conference duration is anticipated to be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will consist of briefings from the Government followed by site visits. The sitevisit tour duration is anticipated from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will cover some of the outlying buildings and the main hospital. Interested 8(a) parties shall provide the following information forrepresentatives attending (Limit 2 representatives per offeror) the pre-proposal conference: Name(s), Company Name, Email Address of each attendee, Phone Number of each attendee, Business Size Standard and Event (Pre-Proposal Conference, Site Visit, or both). Interested 8(a) parties must register with Ms. Quinella M. Purks by email at quinella.m.purks.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time on 20 November 2019. Prospective 8(a) offerors are encouraged to attend both the pre-proposal conference and site visits. Thesite visits involve extensive walking through multiple buildings and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to be safe and comfortable. Please indicate any specialneeds to Ms. Quinella M. Purks when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged. It is recommend to download the official RFP when it is posted on or about 22 November 2019, along with all exhibits and attachments prior to attending. Updates and room location of the conference within the main hospital will be provided by email to all 8(a) registered attendees.

***In order to gain access to Fort Leonard Wood, all prospective 8(a) offerors (everyone attending) must pre-register for a pass. The pass application site is: https://vcc1.icmvcc.com/im3500/. The sponsor will be Ms. Angela Riebl at angela.j.riebl.civ@mail.mil. If you arenot pre-registered in the system prior to attending, you will not be able to gain access to Fort Leonard Wood. There will be a background check completed on each person; therefore, please complete the registration by 20 November 2019.
